How do I register at Slotier?

There are two ways to sign up at our online casino:

  • Using your email address and mobile phone number — you will need to create a password;
  • Or using your Google account.

Your nickname will be created automatically, and you can change it at any time.

When you make your first deposit, after choosing a payment method, you’ll be asked to provide your full name, residential address, and date of birth.

Once added, this information will appear in your Profile. Make sure it’s correct – it will be used automatically for future withdrawals.

How many accounts can I open?

You are allowed to create only one Gaming Account at Slotier online casino. Repeated registration, creation of a new additional account and multiple redemption of the bonus package are considered violations of the AML/CFT regulations and our Terms and Conditions.

Are the documents needed for registration?

What are the main withdrawal conditions?

  • Before submitting the withdrawal request for the first time, every User should complete the verification procedure.

We will send confirmation codes to the email address and mobile phone number you provide during registration.

In order to confirm your email address and/or phone number at any time:

1. Enter your Profile (3 bar menu, hamburger button).

2. Choose the Settings or Verification tab.

3. Confirm your email address/phone number by receiving a confirmation code.

Please note: if you do not receive the confirmation code within a certain period of time, please check that you have entered your email address/phone number correctly.

You can change your email address and/or the phone number you used to register and other account information only by contacting our support team (except your nickname and password).

How can the Gaming Account be closed?

You can close your Gaming Account at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered address.

The casino may also close your account for T&C violations or other serious misuse.

Where can I see my bonus and wagering amount?

1. On the Bonuses page you can see:

  • all the bonuses offered to you;
  • a bonus that is ready to be used for placing bets first – marked as Active;
  • other bonuses which are already activated – marked as In Queue.

2. In your Balance section (at the top of the home page) you can see:

  • your active bonus;
  • the remaining amount to meet the wagering requirements (wagering);
  • the balance of Coins that can be used in the Bonus Shop;
  • in the Details (i) all activated bonuses are displayed.

3. In the Cashier section (Deposit) you can see all the bonuses offered to you, but only when one of the payment methods is chosen.

How can I activate my bonus?

There are two ways:

1. When you have been provided with a bonus code – see more in the How do I activate bonus code section of these FAQs.

2. In case the bonus appears on the Bonuses/Promo page, you need just to click the Claim button. If there is a no deposit bonus, you will see it at once here in the Bonuses marked as Active or In Queue.

As for the deposit bonus, you need to activate it and make a deposit equal to or greater than the amount specified in the bonus details to redeem it.

Wagering requirements

Your active bonus is subject to wagering requirements, which determine how many times you must wager the bonus amount and free spin winnings (if any) before they are transferred to your Cash Balance (subject to the max cashout) and become available for withdrawal upon request.

For example, with a 25x wagering requirement, you must wager:

25 x (bonus amount + free spin winnings (if any)).

The wagering requirements also include the max bet that counts towards meeting the requirements (usually C$/€ 5), and the time frame to complete them (e.g., 24 hours).

Three mechanisms for meeting wagering requirements

The applicable mechanism is specified in the details of each bonus.

Mechanism 1. Wagering requirements with Bonus Balance only.

The wagering process starts when your Cash Balance becomes insufficient for the bet you are placing.

Only bets placed from the Bonus Balance count toward meeting the wagering requirements.

The wagering process continues until:

  • The Bonus Balance becomes insufficient for placing bets, or
  • One of the general conditions ends it (see next clause 3. General Conditions that End Bonus Wagering).

Mechanism 2. Wagering requirements with both Cash Balance and Bonus Balance.

The wagering process starts with the first bets placed after the bonus has been redeemed or activated without a deposit, and/or after the free spins have been played.

From the start, bets are placed using the Cash Balance, and then from the Bonus Balance. However, in both cases, all winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance.

The wagering process continues until one of the general conditions ends it.

Until your Bonus Balance is fully depleted, you may make a new deposit and the wagering process will continue: your bets will be placed from your Cash Balance again, and all winnings will be credited to the Bonus Balance. However, once your Bonus Balance reaches zero, the wagering process will stop.

Mechanism 3. Wagering requirements with Cash Balance only.

The wagering process starts with the first bets placed after the bonus has been activated and/or the free spins have been played.

You can place bets using the Cash Balance only; all winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance.

When the funds in your Cash Balance become insufficient, you can top it up and continue the wagering process until one of the general conditions ends it.

General conditions that always end bonus wagering

  • The wagering requirements have been met.
  • The User cancels the bonus and / or free spins.
  • The User submits a withdrawal request.
  • The bonus has expired.

General rules for wagering requirements

1. Until you have funds in Cash Balance, you will place bets from it. Bonus funds can only be used after the Cash Balance gets zeroed.

2. From the very beginning of the bonus wagering, all winnings will be credited to your Bonus Balance and can’t be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

3. Only after wagering requirements have been met, your bonus funds left will be transferred to the Cash Balance as withdrawable funds, subject to the max cashout.

4. You can cancel your bonus and / or free spins at any time.

5. By doing so, as well as submitting a withdrawal request, you will forfeit all bonus funds you received, free spins winnings, and any winnings credited to your Bonus Balance.

What do the terms in the bonus details mean?

Minimum deposit required – the least deposit you need to make to receive a certain bonus. The larger deposit is also acceptable and welcome.

Bet (for free spins only) – the only bet allowed to use a particular set of free spins.

Max bonus (for match bonuses – percentage on deposit only): the maximum bonus funds you can receive, regardless of the size of your deposit.

Wagering requirements – the conditions you need to meet to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal. See the dedicated clause above for more details.

Max cash out – the highest amount of winnings from bonus funds you can withdraw after meeting the wagering requirements.

What is the Bonus Shop?

It’s a dedicated section where you can purchase special bonus items using Coins only.

Coins are added to your Coins Balance by the casino when you make deposits, reach higher levels, play games, or achieve other milestones.

You can also buy additional Coins with your real Cash Balance directly in the Bonus Shop.

How can I search for a game?

You can find the game you need in the Game Hall by using the search bar or applying filters.

I can’t find a game, what’s the matter?

Most likely, you applied filters and the game you’re looking for doesn’t match them. Try clearing the filters and search again.

Which games can I play with bonus funds?

Bonus funds can only be used on slot machines. This means that roulette, card games, crash, bingo, and other non-slot games do not accept bets with bonus funds. In addition, not all slot games are eligible for play with bonuses.

If you turn on the ‘For Bonuses’ toggle in the Filters section of the game hall, you will only see slots that accept bonus funds, and your searches will be limited to those games.

Why do I see different balances in games?

In bonus-eligible games, you see the total of your cash balance and active bonus balance. In other games in which bets with bonus funds are not accepted, only your cash balance is displayed.

What is verification and why is it necessary?

  • Payment method ownership (bank statements, a screenshot from your online banking or wallet, or payment card images).

All submitted photos must be of good quality, sized 12 Mb max, png, jpg, pdf are acceptable.

How long does verification take?
